Cathy has spent 24 years caring for patients with complex spine and musculoskeletal pain, and she treats everyone who walks into her exam room the same way she treats her own family, with honesty, compassion, and clear communication. She knows showing up for care takes courage, so her focus is always education, trust, and a plan that fits real life.
She earned her undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University and completed her PA training at Oregon Health and Sciences University. A former collegiate track athlete, Cathy still brings that same drive to her clinical work and her love for staying active.
Originally from Texas and now happily rooted in Central Oregon, she is still in awe of the mountains, rivers, and wide open spaces. When she is not in clinic, you can usually find her hiking, camping, mountain biking, playing pickleball, or fly fishing with her husband and son. She is also a fan of biohacking and low tox living and enjoys sharing simple ways to feel better and live better.
