Horner Cycling Foundation
Horner Cycling Foundation is a Central Oregon nonprofit founded in 2023 to create an accessible junior road cycling program for local kids. They offer free or low-cost training and racing opportunities, with support like coaching and a loaner bike library so more youth riders can participate regardless of budget.
